We’re one of the most sought-after weekend wedding and conference destination venues in the Limpopo province. Apart from that, we offer bridal couples everything from modern facilities and comfortable lodgings to a bridal salon and private open air wedding chapel with sweeping views of the surrounding grasslands.


The Lodge offer bridal couples and their distinguished guests a full range hassle free wedding experience complete with various accommodation options, honeymoon suite, chapel, bridal salon and some of the most spectacular sunset photo opportunities in the Waterberg region.


Exclusive use of the lodge ensures your guests can relax and enjoy the occasion while the couple can focus on their special day, knowing their guests are cared for and looked after.

The Wedding Weekend-Package Includes:

  • Night-before venue

    Separate venue for family and friends the night before the wedding to dine, enjoy drinks and swim. This gives the service providers opportunity to start working on the main venue’s decor the day before the wedding without interference and to keep the main reception area as a surprise.


    Note:

    Dinner is selected upfront and quoted separately.

  • Bridal Salon

    We offer you a Salon for you and your bridesmaids to get ready for your big day.


    •  3 salon stations with large wall mirrors and chairs.
    •  1 full-length mirror
    •  1 washing point
    •  Towels and plug points
    •  Wooden deck with chairs

    Notes:

    Hairdresser to bring with own hairdryer.

  • Chapel

    Semi open-air thatched roof chapel with a beautiful view of the ranch.


    • The chapel will be available from 10h00 the morning of your wedding for decorations and setup.
    • A wooden podium in the front of the Chapel.
    • Wooden bench seating for 150 guests.
    • DJ table at the back of the Chapel.
    • Candle stands.

    Notes:

    DJ’s to supply their own equipment for music in the chapel and at podium.

  • Welcome Drinks for your guests
    • Mountainview’s package includes – Sherry and Fruit Cocktail for your guests.
    • Drinks are served at our swimming pool area at the main lodge with beautiful views.
  • Main Lodge Reception Area
    • Round tables and chairs set up with white stretch covers, seating up to a maximum of 150 people OR

    • Rectangular wooden tables and chairs for smaller weddings (up to 66 people) consisting of
    • 3 x 8 seater tables
    • 3 x 6 seater tables
    • 4 x 6 seater sleeper tables OR

    • Steel tables with table-tops and white table cloths seating up to 120 people.

    • Setup of tables and chairs and cleaning of the venue.
    • White plain crockery, cutlery and standard glasses
    • Table for the DJ
    • Gift table
    • Cake table

    Note: 

    All additional décor and flower arrangements not included.

  • Boma

    The bonfire is set alight after dinner and will be put out at 24h00.

  • Honeymoon Suite

    Studio open plan suite with bath, and separate toilet, outside shower, and a deck with a view over the valley.


    Notes:

    Night of the wedding no charge for Bride and Groom.

Venue hire for the whole weekend - R39,600.00
Breakage deposit (refundable) - R 5 000.00

Night-before dinner

Dinner is selected upfront and quoted on separately. No self catering available. No own alcohol permitted on the premises.


±R220 p/p depending on meals chosen. Should you prefer that your guests pay for their own dinner, it can be arranged with the booking of their accommodation.

Wedding Menu

Please note that menu prices are subject to change based on market related increases and will vary according to your menu selection. Starting from R695 pp and Harvest Table @ R165 pp, which is always a winner!

Non-refundable with cancellations 3 months prior to wedding day.
